This is definitely my own little version of this classic recipe. I just don’t have the patience to make it in the traditional way :)
- 2-3 cups of cooked turkey (or chicken)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 box of spaghetti, cooked
- Ritz crackers
In a large skillet heat up your cooked turkey. Add the cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. When this mixture is warm, add the Parmesan cheese. When the Parm begins to melt, add in your cooked spaghetti. Mix well. Transfer your tetrazzini to an oven-proof dish. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers and bake at 350 degrees. You know it’s done when it bubbles :)
This dish freezes well, just wrap in foil and freeze before baking.
