You know, it is never wise to schedule your day so full that there is no wiggle room. This point was proven to me again today. I had a pretty full day planned, but not too much. Then, Little Man woke up at 4:00am having an asthma attack. He’s never done that before, just spontaneously like that. So, my morning was thrown into a bit of chaos as Mr. OverKill and I did our best to help him to breathe. Thankfully, I still had some leftover meds form when he had pneumonia that helped a bunch. The rest of my morning was spent split between the pediatricians office and baking a groom’s cake.
Little man is doing well, he just needs to have some steroids and breathing treatments for a few days. We will need to keep an eye on him, as the Dr. expects him to have more episodes like this. If he has one more, he will be “labeled” asthmatic. Fun…
My afternoon was spent split between finishing decorations for my good friend’s daughter’s wedding, and helping with the rehearsal. And, I finally finished the groom’s cake just before midnight. Wanna see???
But it looks so good!! BTW…could you send me an email? I switched computers and something happened to my address book. THanks!
I dont know if I ever said thank you. THANK YOU! I really appreciate all of your help with the wedding. The cake was amazing we are still getting complements on it. The reception was beautiful. Thank you again for helping me have the wedding of my dreams.
