All righty, here’s the nutritional:
Not bad for chicken nuggets, and they are pan fried.
And now, the Critic’s Corner:
Bubba – It’s nasty. I’m joking, it was…good. It is kind of sweet, but it’s good too.
Sugar Belle – It’s really good. I’m surprised it was sweet potato, because I don’t like sweet potato.
Tootle Bug – Bad. It was too sweet (says the sugar monger and sweet potato lover!)
Little Man – I love it!!!! More than the buying kind (which means the Perdue Chicken nuggets I usually get them).
Mr. OK said “They’re good, for the kids.” He’s not really into that kind of thing.
I thought they were very yummy!
Prep: Not too bad. I used sweet potato, which was a tad messy to get on the chicken. I found it helpful to get the nuggets all prepped before I even started cooking. They cooked up quickly. My only beef with this one is that the coating started coming off while it was cooking. It started to burn and it got so bad that I had to wipe the pan out and start fresh.
Another keeper!
