So, we’ve been talking about fitness a lot lately. Here is my plan (maybe I’ve already told you this, but deal with it :)
A friend said I should try P90X, yeah right. I’d rather not die, thank you very much. So, my triathlon running friend said, well try Power 90. It’s from the same “people”, but it isn’t as intense. He said the instructor gives modifications for the moves, that will accommodate a person out of shape and up to 350 pounds. Hmmm… that should work.
Now, I don’t want to look like this guy…but maybe I could talk Mr. OverKill into joining me….
So, I found some of the videos on Ebay and ordered them. They should have been here by now, but…they aren’t. I really wanted to start today..oh well. So, I did 30 minutes on the Wii Fit.
I have also added a widget on the sidebar caller “Daily Fitness Check In.” Now, I know that you all don’t really care what I do for exercise each day, but it will help me stay accountable. So, deal with it :)
