PJs are my favorite thing to give kiddos for Christmas. I usually make all the cousins matching PJs, which they get to open and wear Christmas Eve. Last year, I found this cute vintage cowboy material.
The boys get boxers, since that all any of them wear. This past year, I decided to just make boxers for the girls too. They really enjoyed matching the boys.
I usually embroider their names on the PJs too. With the cowboy PJs, I found this neat western font…too cute!
For the cousins, I usually make up some “Sleep Over Coupons” that go in the box too.
PJs are quick and aren’t hard at all to make, especially if you stick to basics like boxers/shorts. Pus, making them is much cheaper than buying. I usually get some kind of flannel, which averages out at $3.00 per yard (of course I always try to get mine on sale or with a coupon!). So, 3 to 5 dollars per pair is not too shabby!
